The ad showed two nude men in an embrace. The rear of Man A is clearly visible. Most of the front of Man B is visible, including part of his condom-covered penis. The condom is Safety Orange in color, a trademark of Hard Hat Harry's Condoms. The tagline says, "Be Safe." The Citizens for Decency brings a case against Southern Indiana Today for distributing obscene materials. Prosecute and defend this case.In class, you may present your own witness/experts.
